Thai Green Stir Fry Sauce is a medium curry with delicious flavours and no refined sugar.
Perfect with vegetables, chicken or prawns.
Also works well as a marinade.
Fiona's 10 minute recipe
Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok on a medium to high heat.
Add your favourite meat, fish or seafood and fry until cooked through.
Toss in your favourite mixed vegetables and continue to fry for another minute.
Pour in Fused Thai Green Curry Stir Fry Sauce, mix well together and fry for 1 minute.
Serve with rice or noodles.
